Our crazy dog!!

Hershey continues to be a goof ball of a dog.
She was tired of me reading and so she climbed onto my lap and was content to stay there!

She also has a new game she likes to play with her food bowl.....

Mallory's Baptism

Saturday February 7th Mallory was baptized.

She chose Papa to be the one to baptize her. When Mallory came out of the water, her teeth were almost chattering. She said that the water was warm but now she was freezing! I helped her dry off and change into her white dress that Courtney was baptised in also. Their names are embroidered in the dress. Grandma Allsop came in and put a necklace of white on Mallory for her present. She was the only girl in their group and she was the last to be baptised but she was the first one back in the chapel! She wanted to see everyone so while we waited for the others she went and said hi.

Pete Confirmed her. She had a large circle around her! It was a special thing to witness.

Here's everyone who came to support her on this special day that we could catch in the picture: Andy, Melissa, Grace and Clark, Cousin Jake, Aunt Susie, Grandma and Grandpa Allsop, Uncle Joe, Mom, Papa, Courtney,Allie, Dad, Ashton, Connor, Uncle Mike, Aunt Kim, Rhett, Mike, Luke, Uncle Bob and Aunt Kim, Dave and T.J..

Afterwards we had her baptism dinner and had fun being together with family and friends. Congratulations Mallory! We're so proud of you!

Connor turned TWELVE!!

Like Pete had mentioned before, here are some pictures from Connor's concert. He kept peeking out from behind his music stand so that we could take pictures of him. We still haven't found which setting we should use on our camera for these concerts. Sorry about the fuzz.

Nonna and Papa took Connor out to Newport Bay for dinner. He got Cajun prawns and absolutely loved them. Also, they gave Connor his Book of Remembrance. He has been pulling it out and reading through the genealogy. (We let him take it to church today too.) But Papa was here on his birthday and gave him another gift. Connor opened it while we had Nonna on the phone. (She's in Omaha.)

He took this out. cuddled with it and put it on his bed. That kid is still a snuggler.

Courtney gave him a travel case that included a bunch of stuff for his PSP. He was this excited because now he didn't have to use his own money to get it.

Mallory gave him another dinosaur skeleton to put together.

Connor ,twelve candles and a cake! It wasn't much to look at.

But it sure tasted good!! I'll have to get better at this one!

Connor is being ordained into the Aaronic priesthood next week because we'll have everyone here for Mallory's baptism. Happy Birthday Connor. We love you and are so proud of the young man you are becoming!
